"This place was awesome! We were in town for the Ironman race. The location is beautiful, there are great restaurants a block away, Whole Foods a block away, Fleet Feet, etc, and it was very a short drive/walk/bike ride to everything else of interest. The unit is just like the pictures, was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hosts are great! Clear instructions and very helpful. The building amenities were also amazing. Good coffee in the business center, coffee in the Unit, nice pool and gym. There are also kayak and other rentals for use on the lake 50 feet from the building entrance. Recommending to my friends!"

"My family of 4 had a wonderful weekend at this house. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked which make it easy for us to cook large meals. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. It is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the area, Starbucks is right on the corner. Mary, Shannon, and Peach all made it easy to communicate with if we had any questions. My daughter and granddaughter live in Houston so we visit often, so next time we visit Houston we will for sure be booking with SE Accommodations."

"Mary's place was wonderful! I had to travel to the Woodlands for a conference and didn't want to stay at the conference hotel since I wanted to keep some distance from the work stress. This was ultimately a great decision, all because of how quiet, clean, and comfortable Mary's place was. Having access to the well-equipped kitchen, and laundry was also a huge plus. There is everything: extra blankets, fast wi-fi, wireless chargers on the nightstand, every kitchen utensil/plates/glassware/pots/pans you can think of, TV's in both the living room and bedroom, and very clean and stocked bathroom. Surrounding the complex is nicely wooded trails for walking/running, and just a few minute walk to the waterfront where you can take an evening stroll, or ride the trolley around. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area as well. Overall, it was a lovely week. I would definitely come back next year!"

We booked the fusion suite through Booking.com, I had to leave a review even though we were unable to stay there we look forward to doing so in the future.

The location looks breathtaking and the space and quality looks perfect. I called originally after booking about when we needed to pay and even though it was close to 9PM their time, someone picked up right away and was able to answer questions cheerfully. They were some of the best customer service I have ever talked to when I booked anything and I will be looking forward to the next chance we get to stay there!"

So I’m from the Houston area, and I wanted to do a little staycation, so I decided to book an Airbnb in the Woodlands area. I wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing as I brought in the New year.

Well Mary’s place exceeded my expectations. I didn’t want to leave! Lol It was very clean, it smelled fresh, beautiful decor, it had the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, and beautiful views throughout the area, and it’s located in area with lots of things to do!

I took a hike along some beautiful trails, walked to nearby stores, ate good food at a local restaurant and etc. There’s so many great things to say about this place. But what stood out to me the most, was the hospitality I felt.

They were so accommodating and welcoming. They checked on me and were very responsive with any needs I may have.

You can tell they really care about you and want you to have a relaxing stay at tranquility. I hope to be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!😊"

"Seriously, if I could just live there, I would!

I was in town to check out homes and neighborhoods as my family is planning to move next year.

Not only is this building, amenities, location and unit exceptional - the hosts are outstanding! The place is decorated beautifully and the hosts are extremely attentive, friendly and make checking in and out the easiest ever.

The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need to keep the place clean, cook and do your laundry. There is a nice, huge cart you can use to go to Whole Foods right across the street.

The balcony provides a perfect view of the lake, my sister and I spent a great deal of time just enjoying moments there.

I had the best time using the gym and the 8th floor lounge, overlooking really beautiful mansions which was really was inspiring. The nearby shops and restaurants are stellar as well (Del Frisco's was my fave) and the building's occupants were very friendly.

This was the first trip where I was not all too happy to leave and get back home. I hope to be back soon and there's no doubt that I will reach back out to Mary and Shanny!

"The attention to detail and professional hospitality are evident in this Airbnb on Lake Woodlands!

The kitchen was spacious, with lots of open counter tops, and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We didn't really cook, but I noticed everything from a rice cooker to a bagel toaster in the cabinets.

What really stood out to me were the things that are rarely provided in an Airbnb. Pencils & post-it notes, tape, ziplock bags & tupperware, scissors, ear plugs, beach/pool towels, shampoo/lotion/conditioner/body wash. A selection of coffee for the freshly filled keurig coffee machine, as well as teas, sugar, and creamer. A bag of ice in the freezer, fresh flowers and a personalized welcome note, a dish sponge, laundry detergent and washer/dryer.

And those are just the things I can remember off the top of my head! Communication was excellent, and always personalized.

Any messages I sent during my stay received a quick response and my questions were always answered.

The view of Lake Woodlands from the unit and from the pool were exceptional.

Communication - couldn't ask for a better host, Mary's team communicated professionally and personally every step of the way. They accommodated late checkout, offered early check-in. Thanks for helping make our concert/sister's weekend comfortable!"

It has a beautiful view of the sun setting. We live local and needed a place to stay while construction is done on our home.

"My husband and I stayed for 10 nights, working remotely while visiting family.

We filter for Airbnbs that can flex as both work and home spaces, and Mary and Shannon provided a wonderful experience for us.

They have thought of every amenity one would need to make this 1-bedroom a great home-away-from-home. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, pots/pans, and appliances.

We appreciated the rice cooker, steamer pot, and wok. :)

Additionally, they provided plenty of "extras" - towels, dishwasher & laundry pods, bathroom amenities, and the bed and couch were both very comfortable.

This rental is on the same floor as the co-working space and game-room which made it easy to find additional places to work and spread out. The building has several other amenities that make it feel like resort living - large pool and gym, sky lounge on the top floor for great views and the ultimate office space. :D

We walked to Whole Foods, the water way, and several restaurants. Parking is easy and the unit has keyless entry. WiFi was consistent throughout our stay. This is a well-furnished unit. I would love to stay here again.

The building is almost new and there is very little noise.
